Return & Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or colour, we offer free exchanges (subject to stock availability).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request – Email our customer support team at Cinzee.co@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Return Instructions – Our team will provide return shipping details and instructions.
- Ship the Item – Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Time – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund/exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Cinzee.co@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
